We want to keep all blog entries talking about the Lord Jesus and His Kingdom and About the music we compose. 1 Cor. 14:26 What is our conclusion, brothers? Whenever you come together, let everyone be ready with a psalm or a teaching or a revelation, or ready to use his gift of tongues or give an interpretation; but let everything be for edification. :)

Let a Man Mature

Mark 4:23-25Amplified Bible, Classic Edition

23 If any man has ears to hear, let him be listening and let him perceive and comprehend..........I like what it says when it says: "LET HIM". This is a wonderful phrase to me because there are so many religious people around that would somehow kill the revelations that you are receiving from the Spirit of the Lord the Holy Spirit. They will not let you get closer to the Lord because it would destroy their doctrinal view that they have clung on to as part of their salvation. Do you know what I am saying here??? Having ears to hear only comes when the Lord is drawing us to the truth and you know that it is Him speaking to you because it gives a certain LIFE into our being. The other ones who don't follow the Lord with the Law of the Spirit of LIFE in Christ Jesus are the religious ones. They are the have not's , they have become religious and slander the things they don't understand. They try to follow Christ out of a doctrinal view and if you come against what they believe they have a tendency to get rid of you because you are a threat to their little belief system club. If you have been born again, the potential to hear the Lord is there but you can smother it out by compromise. There is something you know to be true and you received it with the LIFE of the Lord but for the sake of peace you began to doubt what the Holy Spirit has been telling you. What a battle rages.

Jesus goes on here: 24 And He said to them, Be careful what you are hearing. The measure [of thought and study] you give [to the truth you hear] will be the measure [of virtue and knowledge] that comes back to you—and more [besides] will be given to you who hear.........The word of God is our source, the bible is here to keep us in the truth when we receive revelation. It is a safe guard of what the Lord has already spoken from Genesis to Revelation. God will not change for any man. God is not like man, God does not lie. He will not say something and then change it somewhere else. If the revelation you are receiving does not line up with the bible it would be wise to find out the source of it. The powers of darkness are just as real as the Father the Son and The Holy Spirit. So be careful what you are hearing. Know what the bible is saying, make it your life ambition to know the scriptures and to read them and ask the Lord to always keep you in the truth. He is faithful to teach us. Remember the scripture says the head of everyman is Christ. 1 Corinthians 11:3 But I want you to know and realize that Christ is the Head of every man, the head of a woman is her husband, and the Head of Christ is God...........This is the true order of things from the Lord. There are many forcing their own way and will end up in destruction..... The head of everyman is Christ, it is not an apostle, it is not a prophet, it is not a teacher, it is not a pastor, these are just tools of the Lord that are meant to help bring the people into maturity in Christ and are supposed to gradually fade away as the people mature in Christ but most of the time these offices are abused because of the church systems we have. I would say I have yet to see any functioning right.......To get back to the last verse of Mark 4:23-25 For to him who has will more be given; and from him who has nothing, even what he has will be taken away [by force],.........To me this is powerful. If you have been receiving things by the Lord (by His Spirit) more will be given but if you have been receiving things just by your intellect (your own wisdom) what you think you have will be taken away.

The Nature Of Misunderstandings

 The Nature Of Misunderstandings:)

I love the title of this it is inspiring, "The nature of misunderstandings" I feel something coming up from the inside so I will speak it.

We are all at different levels of spirituality. Maturity means, more sensitivity towards the Holy Spirit and His teaching us on the inside because that is where He resides. We need to be sensitive to His interpretation of scripture because He is the one who wrote it. 2 Peter 1:20 First of all you must understand this, that no prophecy of scripture is a matter of one's own interpretation, (21) for prophecy never came by the will of man, but holy men of God spoke as they were moved by the Holy Spirit. So here we see that it is the Holy Spirit who is the interpreter and the writer of scripture and He is the one who can and will interpret it to us if we allow Him to do so. We must all learn to hear Him from within. We must all remember that we all grew up in the world (Egypt) and was taught by the world how to study and reason out things with our mind. And we were also taught to debate things, whether wrong or right it did not matter as long as you won. We must remember that the world picks from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil and that is their foundation. The kingdom of God is not so, it is completely opposite. We who are born again and have been translated out of the kingdom of darkness should be picking from the tree of Life and nourishing that new life within. We should be learning how to abide in eternal life for that is abiding in Christ.

Paul says in Eph. 3:16. That He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with might through His Spirit in the inner man,

Even Paul wrote and prayed that we may be strengthened in our inner man and become people of revelation, Eph. 1:17. That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him, Paul was a man who moved in revelation. There is a vast difference between carnal knowledge and spiritual knowledge. You can have a carnal knowledge of the scriptures and actually destroy what God is doing. This is most of the trouble in the churches, we are not abiding in the eternal life that has been given to us individually and we are not taught to do so. We have division because men are being taught by the intellect of mere men and not the power of the Lord within. The word tells us in Ephesians 6:10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. And again it is written

1 John 2:27 But the anointing which you have received from Him abides in you, and you do not need that anyone teach you; but as the same anointing teaches you concerning all things, and is true, and is not a lie, and just as it has taught you, you will abide in Him.

This is the teaching that we are to abide in because now Christ becomes your head and teacher and will lead us through this religious maze. As one brother said; It would absolutely erase all confusion as to where a thing is coming from if we would listen to the Word of God. (The Living Word of God) Most of us, however, from the time we were children and before we could really read and get into the Word of God for ourselves, were religiously brainwashed. We have heard unscriptural things said all our lives and sometimes even preached in the church we attended. What we heard was just the human mind trying to solve spiritual problems. And the human mind cannot solve spiritual problems. If you will get into the Word of God, it will straighten out your thinking. Think in line with what God's Word says not necessarily with what you have been taught it says, nor what somebody told you it says. Ask yourself, "What does the Word of God say?" And ask the Lord to reveal it to you.

Be willing to let the doctrines of men go.

Following The Spirit not becoming Slaves of Men

Posted by Richard J Roman on November 6, 2011 at 12:45 AM Comments comments (0)

I am going to say something that probably many will disagree with because of how they believe about church. I will put it like this: Do you believe in following a church or following the Lord Jesus???? There is a big difference here. I know this verse in Revelations that I am going to quote is in the context of the 144 thousand but still it shows us something about following the Lord where ever He goes in the Spirit. It is following the tree of life, like in Genesis. It is following the Life of God in you which is Christ where ever that life takes you. The scripture is this Rev. 14:4. It is these who have not defiled themselves with women, for they are chaste; it is these who follow the Lamb wherever he goes; these have been redeemed from mankind as first fruits for God and the Lamb,

5. and in their mouth no lie was found, for they are spotless. The woman here to me in a spiritual sense means the church. For in biblical typology when you speak of the woman you are always talking about the church. For even Paul made reference to that when He spoke about marriage as a type of Christ and His Church. For the church is the bride of Christ. They are chaste because they do not follow the woman because they do not follow the woman into all manner of deception into churchianity. For the Lord has said to me by His Spirit "Come out from among them and follow the King. If you follow the bride you will be in the flesh and eat of the forbidden fruit. If you follow the King you will be the bride". Now the bride of Christ is many members and also the forbidden fruit is the Tree of the knowledge of good and evil. Now what do you think is being taught in a lot of churches now a days???? To me it is the do's and the don'ts. How to do this and How to do that. Programs and teachings on what is good and what is evil. Do you wonder why there is no life??? Wrong tree. When you follow the Lord you are following His Life within not a bunch of programs. As it says in the scripture :it is these who follow the Lamb wherever he goes; these have been redeemed from mankind as first fruits for God and the Lamb. This is a picture of maturity, following Him in the Spirit where ever He goes. It is not being tied down to a modern day organized church that makes you a slave to its ways. For even Paul says: 1 Corinthians 7:23. You were bought with a price; do not become slaves of men.

My bible says:

Let God arise PS. 68

Only the rebellious dwell in a

parched land

Let God arise

As smoke is driven away

So drive them away

As wax melts before the fire

So let the wicked

Perish before God

But let the righteous be glad

Test yourself to see 2 Cor. 13:5

If you are in the faith

Examine yourself

Or do you not recognize

This about yourself

That Jesus Christ is in you

God makes a home for the lonely

He leads out the prisoners into

Only the rebellious dwell in a

parched land

Let God arise

How Should We Come Together As A Church ?

Posted by Roman Recordings on November 19, 2009 at 12:11 PM Comments comments (8)

The way we assemble in church today is not the way the bible teaches to assemble. Church should be a supernatural happening with God. We should have a divine encounter with The Holy Spirit. Much of the structure we have today stops the Lord from moving through His people. We are to be building a habitation for the Lord. A place where He moves thru every stone at a meeting.

1 Corinthians 14:26 to 40 is a picture of how we are to come together

The New American Standard Version says;

V 26. What is the outcome then, brethren? When you assemble, each one has a psalm, has a teaching, has a revelation, has a tongue, has an interpretation. Let all things be done for edification.

New Living Translation says: Well, my brothers and sisters, let's summarize what I am saying. When you meet, one will sing, another will teach, another will tell some special revelation God has given, one will speak in an unknown language, while another will interpret what is said. But everything that is done must be useful to all and build them up in the Lord.

This does not sound like a pastor getting up and giving his 5 point message.

No, it’s sounds like a body ministry to me. The Holy Spirit coming forth from every member, from every part of the body. Jesus is the head of the church, Christ is the head of every man (no pastor is), and God as head should be in control of the meeting. There is no set persons to do set things, things are done spontaneously. When God is in control, things are done in order because His Spirit is leading the meeting and men have grown sensitive in there spirits to move with God in an orderly fashion. This type of a meeting can only be done by a humble people who have learned to be one with the Lord and have learned to love one another. This is the type of people who will build a habitation for the Lord Spirit.

There is a right structure that Paul the apostle has laid down and we would do well if we began to understand it and not forsake it. Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching. (Hebrews 10:25)

How can we exhort one another when the very church system we have only allows certain designated people to speak??? How can we let the living waters flow from every living stone and give life to others??? It just won’t happen because the liberty is not there in the system we have. God is not able to come forth from the rest of the body, we become spectators and never mature in His Spirit.

Webster's Bible

2 Thessalonians 2:15 Therefore, brethren, stand fast, and hold (to) the traditions which ye have been taught, whether by word, or our epistle.

Brothers, I would say that 1st Cor. 14:26 to 40 is part of Paul’s epistle that we are not to forsake, it is the traditions that Paul has laid down. I call it the order of meetings, a structure for the Lord’s habitation in His people, a building of living stones moving the way they were meant to move by the Lords power flowing thru them in whom the whole building, being joined together, grows into a holy temple in the Lord, in whom you also are being built together for a habitation of God in the Spirit. ( Ephesians 2:21-22 )

Let’s look at the picture these scriptures (1st Cor. 14:26 to 40 ) are bringing forth. We are all assembled, brothers and sisters in the Lord, no one lording it over anyone, there is no room for a hierarchy. All in one accord waiting for the Lord to move by His Spirit upon the stones of His Body. Our structure is such so as to give freedom for the Lord to have control. One brother feels impressed to lead out in a spiritual song, when that is done another brother is led to lead out in a hymn, after that another person is led by the spirit to speak a psalm, then a person gets up and gives a teaching that the Lord has been putting upon his heart. After that a brother who is sensitive to the Holy Spirit receives a revelation and wants to share it with every one. ( For where the Spirit of the Lord is there is liberty ). God is in control not men. Then somebody speaks out in a tongue, then in the back of the room another tongue is given and we are all quiet and waiting for the interpretation, somebody on the other side of the room is obedient to the Lord and gives the interpretation. Now the Holy Spirit is beginning to move on the prophets in our midst, one stands and starts to speak, everyone else is paying attention, another prophet gets up and speaks, the people are passing judgment if what they are saying is from God or not, open discussion, do we bear witness in our spirits or not. We are learning how to hear the anointing inside us. As it is written in 1st John 2:26-27. These things have I written unto you concerning them that would lead you astray. And as for you, the anointing which ye received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any one teach you; but as his anointing teacheth you; concerning all things, and is true, and is no lie, and even as it taught you, ye abide in him.

Then someone who is seated receives a revelation, he raises his hand and say’s he just received a revelation, the one who is speaking sits down and gives way to the person who received the revelation. For you can all prophesy one by one, so that all may learn and all may be exhorted, and the spirits of prophets are subject to prophets, in other words we don't have to be hyper and can have courtesy and love for one another, preferring one another, because we have become a people poor in spirit, for God is not a God of confusion but of peace, as in all the churches of the saints. ( 1 Cor. 14:31-33) We can wait for a right time to speak so it does not cause confusion.

Now Paul say’s about this:

If anyone thinks he is a prophet or spiritual, let him recognize that the things which I write to you are the Lord's commandment. But if anyone does not recognize this, he is not recognized. Therefore, my brethren, desire earnestly to prophesy, and do not forbid to speak in tongues. But all things must be done properly and in an orderly manner. (1 Cor. 14:37-40 )

If some one speaks in a tongue, let there be two or at the most three, each in his turn, and let one give an

interpretation. But in case there is no interpreter, ( in case there is no one open to the Spirit to flow thru them for the interpretation) let them ( the people ) keep still in the church; let each of them speak to himself and to God. ( Let them pray that they may interpret ).

On occasion someone spoke out in a tongue and The Holy Spirit came on me to interpret and I was to afraid to speak out the interpretation ( for the fear of man causes a snare ).

13. Therefore let one who speaks in a tongue pray that he may interpret.

For our foundation of these kinds of gatherings must be founded on the foundation of what our head Jesus Christ has said because He makes us all brothers equal to one another and by no means are we to follow the example of the Gentiles ( unbelievers ) who Lord it over one another because of a superior hierarchy mind set.

Matthew 20:25-26

25. But Jesus called them to him and said, "You know that the rulers of the Gentiles lord it over them, and their great men exercise authority over them.

26. It shall not be so among you; but whoever would be great among you must be your servant,

And in Matthew 23:8-12 NAS :

. "But do not be called Rabbi; for One is your Teacher, and you are all brothers.

9. "Do not call {anyone} on earth your father; for One is your Father, He who is in heaven.

10. "Do not be called leaders; for One is your Leader, {that is,} Christ.

11. "But the greatest among you shall be your servant.

12. "Whoever exalts himself shall be humbled; and whoever humbles himself shall be exalted.

I like calling this the ground rules for a free flow meeting in the Holy Spirit.
